Pickup & return
What to expect at pickup.
We do the same inspection at pickup and return — together, in front of you, with timestamped photos. No paperwork surprise, no after-the-fact damage charges.
When you arrive
We meet you at the trailer, walk through the inspection together, and take timestamped photos of every panel before you leave.
While you're out
Tow it, load it, do the work. If anything feels off — a wobble, a light, a strap — call us. We'd rather hear from you than guess later.
When you return
Same inspection in reverse. Trailer comes back swept and free of debris. Deposit is released within 24 hours of an undamaged return.

Your deposit, protected by the photos.
Every pre-rental photo is timestamped and shared with you at pickup. If a panel was scratched before you took the trailer out, the photo proves it. We've never charged a customer for damage that wasn't theirs and we're not about to start.
